Port Stephens Library offers a range of programs and activities to suit children of all ages.

Raymond Terrace Library	Read & Rhyme	Introduction to books, music and rhymes for carers and their babies aged 0-2 years. Duration - 30 minutes Time - Wednesdays at 10.30am	Free of charge
Tomaree Library & Community Centre	Read & Rhyme	Introduction to books, music and rhymes for carers and their babies aged 0-2 years. Duration - 30 minutes Time - Wednesdays at 10.30am	Free of charge
Tomaree Library & Community Centre	Storytime & Craft * Wear your PJ's & bring your teddy to special twilight storytime sessions. Ask at your library branch for dates.	Introduction to the magic of books and reading for children under 5 years of age. Duration - 45 minutes Time - 2nd Tuesday & 4th Thursday of each month at 10.30am	60 cents
Raymond Terrace Library	Storytime & Craft * Wear your PJ's & bring your teddy to special twilight storytime sessions. Ask at your library branch for dates.	Introduction to the magic of books and reading for children under 5 years of age. Duration - 45 minutes Time - 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at 10.30am	60 cents
Raymond Terrace Library Tomaree Library & Community Centre	Wacky Wombat * Ask at your library branch for a Wacky Wombat timetable	Brings books to life through puppetry, songs, poetry, craft and games for children under 5 years of age. Duration - 45 minutes	$3.00
Raymond Terrace Library Tomaree Library & Community Centre Mobile Library	School Holiday Programs	Activities for children aged 5-12 years, including storytimes, workshops and competitions.	Varies depending upon activity
Raymond Terrace Library Tomaree Library & Community Centre Mobile Library	Summer Reading Program	Encourages enjoyment of reading during the January school holidays. Includes activities ranging from story-telling, workshops, puppetry, craft and theatrical presentations. A range of programs and activities for children and youth aged 0-12 years.	Varies depending upon activity
Raymond Terrace Library Tomaree Library & Community Centre Mobile Library	Themed Activities	Join library staff in celebrating a new book, a new movie, a special event or just to have some fun exploring the delights of your library. Previous themed activities include: Harry Potter party, Madagascar party, Halloween storytime and a Maisy Mouse Party. All activities are aimed at children aged 5-12 years.	Varies depending upon activity
