Draft Mobile Food Van Policy and Guidelines

Council at its meeting of 13 October 2009 resolved to place its draft Food Van Policy and Guidelines on public exhibition.
Copies of the Policy are available for viewing at Council’s administration building, Pacific Highway Raymond Terrace, Tomaree and Raymond Terrace Libraries or at www.portstephens.nsw.gov.au
Interested parties are invited to make submissions regarding the policy and guidelines up until 5pm Monday 7 December 2009. Written submissions should be addressed to Port Stephens Council, PO Box 42 Raymond Terrace 2324 and be clearly marked “Food Van Policy”. Alternatively submissions may be made by email to Council@portstephens.nsw.gov.au
