Rates Forms and Applications

For your convenience the following forms may be downloaded, completed and returned to Council accompanied by the appropriate fees.

Section 603 Certificate

Section 603 of the Local Government Act 1993 provides for the issue of a certificate for "Rates and Charges."

The certificate states the amount (if any) due and payable to Council by way of rates, charges or otherwise in respect to any particular parcel of land.

This certificate is generally issued as part of the conveyancing process as 'conclusive proof' in favour of the purchaser as to outstanding rates and charges on the subject property for a particular point in time.

Applying for a Section 603 Certificate

Solicitors, real estate agents and members of the public may apply for a certificate accompanied by the approved fee of $60.00 (GST free).

Notification of Change of Address

Please advise us by completing the form below and returning it to Council if you have changed your address.
