Neil Carol Rotary Park is located on Shoal Bay Road and Victoria Parade, Nelson Bay.
It is a large parkland dotted with tall eucalyptus trees ideal for a family picnic.
Facilities available include:

- Picnic Tables
- Skate Park
The Legacy Craft Markets are held in this park on the first and third Sunday of the month.
The park is usually booked as a carnival venue over the Christmas holidays.
