The Port Stephens Interagency Network provides a forum for all non-government and government human services to share information and work collectively towards a better future for all vulnerable children, young people, families and communities in Port Stephens LGA.
Community Development - 05 Oct 2007
Community Development supports services include working at a grass roots level within the community to identify community assets, to build community capacity, increase community linkages and support systems, and promote community awareness through the identification of strengths and challenges.
