Social & Community Plan 2006 - 2010

Council adopted the 'Draft 2006-2010 Social & Community Plan at its Ordinary Meeting on 27th September 2005.
The Social & Community Plan 2006 -2010 may be downloaded for viewing, as it is a large publication it as been split into two documents. Part 1 contains and executive summary and introduction to the plan as well highlighting the achievements of the 1999 Community Plan. The document also covers how the current plan was developed, a section on 'measuring social well-being', an overview of the opportunities for enhancing the social wellbeing of Port Stephens, our Community Spirit, Equity and Opportunities. Part 2 looks at our People, Community Safety, Support Sustainability, Implementation and Monitoring, Appendices and References.
